Orders ship within 2-3 business days from the time orders are placed. We use UPS for our shipping within the continental US. The shipping cost will appear on your invoice under “Freight” and will reflect what UPS charges to ship your goods to your destination. Alternatively we can use your UPS (or other carriers) account if your business has one.
Returns should be processed within 30 days from invoice date. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate a return request. Returned goods will be shipped to our address at your expense. Depending on the situation a refund or credit will be issued to reflect the return.
We are happy to replace any goods that are deemed damaged on arrival to your business. Please notify us within 15 days of arrival and we’ll gladly replace the damaged goods at no extra charge to you or issue a refund/credit.
